At EVO MFG, we want you to be completely satisfied with your premium fashion choices. If your purchase doesn't meet your expectations, you can return or exchange unworn items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Your Label

  Once approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely package your items in their original EVO MFG packaging.

• 3.
  Ship the Package

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; ensure the tracking number is scanned to activate your return status in our system.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  After our quality control team inspects the items, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship your new exchange within 5-7 business days.
